§ 130.10 INTOXICATION IN PUBLIC.
   No person shall, in the village, be found in a state of intoxication or drunk in any street or other public place or shall be found drunk lying or roving about the streets, alleys or sidewalks of this village or the private grounds of any of the inhabitants thereof, or being drunk as aforesaid, shall disturb the peace, order and quiet of the village, or the peace and quiet of the citizens thereof by loud and unusual noises, disorderly conduct, indecent language or behavior or in any other manner.
