§ 111.25 HOURS.
   (A)   No person shall sell or offer for sale at retail, any alcoholic liquor in this village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on all days.
   (B)   No person shall keep open for business or admit the public to any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of liquor is prohibited. In the case of restaurants, clubs and hotels, the establishments may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold to or consumed by the public during such hours.
      (1)   The times referred to above shall refer to Daylight Savings Time or when the same is in effect in the village and upon cessation of Daylight Savings Time, shall be Central Standard Time.
      (2)   All patrons or customers shall leave the premises at the specified closing time and shall not remain on the premises thereafter.
