§ 96.05 TRANSMITTER POWER OUTPUT.
   No person shall use a CB station transmitter with a power output exceeding either of the following values:
   (A)   AM (A3) - Four watts (carrier power); or
   (B)   SSB - 12 watts (peak envelope power)
