It shall be an unlawful housing practice and a violation of this subchapter for any owner, real estate agent or other person to cause any person to circulate or publish a statement, advertisement or notice that the owner or other person intends to sell or lease any dwelling or housing in a manner that is unlawful under this chapter, or to consent thereto.
