§ 73.04 PERMITS.
   (A)   Authorization to operate a motorized golf cart/UTV on village streets is by permit only.
   (B)   Permits shall be issued by the Village Inspector under the direction and authority of the Board of Trustees.
   (C)   Any person holding a valid, current driver's license may apply for a permit.
   (D)   All permits shall expire annually on January 1, unless renewed. The fee for a permit shall be $10.
   (E)   The Village Board of Trustees may amend the permit fee from time to time by resolution or ordinance.
