The State Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 12-101 et seq., entitled "Equipment of Vehicles", as passed, approved and amended by the State General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the village and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village.
