§ 32.102 TREASURER APPOINTED; VACANCY.
   (A)   The Treasurer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Village Board and shall serve until a successor is appointed and has qualified.
   (B)   Whenever a vacancy in the office of Treasurer, the Mayor shall appoint a qualified person to the office subject to the advice and consent of the Village Board.
