Registration and permitting is required for all mobile food vehicles that provide food and services to the general public on public and/or private property. An application must be filed and shall include the following minimum requirements:
(A) Each mobile food vehicle operator shall, prior to commencing operations within Archbold, furnish the Engineering/Zoning Department, a fully executed application for registration to operate a mobile food vehicle within Archbold; and,
(B) Applications for registrations to operate mobile food vehicles will be accepted by the Engineering/Zoning Department.
