No mobile food vehicle shall be operated in Archbold without first registering with the Engineering/Zoning Department. A separate registration must be made for each and every mobile food vehicle to be operated within Archbold. No registration is required for one-time special events on private property that do not serve food to the general public, and it shall be the sole responsibility of the private party to verify the safety and licensing of the mobile food vehicle operator.
