§ 51.33 RIGHT TO INCREASE OR DECREASE RATES; RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE DIFFERENT RATES.
   (A)   The village reserves the right to increase or decrease the foregoing rates at any time.
   (B)   The village shall reserve the right, but has no obligation, to negotiate a contract specifying different rates that those contained in § 51.30(A) with any industrial or commercial customer who uses more than an average of 1,000,000 gallons per month.
