§ 50.09  IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION PROGRAM REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
   This plan, upon passage as an ordinance, has been reviewed and adopted by the Town Council. Appropriate employees have been trained on the contents and procedures of this identity theft prevention program.
