§ 150.27  VIOLATIONS; RIGHT TO APPEAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, whether as owner, lessee, sub-lessee, or occupant,  to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equips use, occupy or maintain any building or structure, in the jurisdictional area of the town’s Plan Commission or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   All persons shall have the right to appeal any order of the Building Commissioner first through the Board of Zoning Appeals for the town.
