§ 156.223 POWERS AND DUTIES.

   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have exclusive subject matter jurisdiction for:

   (A)   Variance from development standards;

   (B)   Variances of use (use variances);

   (C)   Special exceptions; and

   (D)   Administrative appeals.
