(A) No construction or installation work shall commence on any public improvements until satisfactory plans and specifications have been submitted to the Plan Commission and until the petitioner provides, at least 48 hours in advance, notice to the Town Engineer or entity having jurisdiction of the public facility, in order that inspections may be made as the work progresses.
(B) All development shall be in conformity with the approved detailed plan and any material deviations from the approved detailed plan shall be subject to appropriate enforcement action.
