§ 33.053 WARRANTS FOR PAYMENT OF CLAIMS.

   A warrant for payment of a claim against a town may be issued only if the claim is:

   (A)   Itemized and certified under I.C. 5-11-10-1;

   (B)   Filed with the Clerk-Treasurer (fiscal officer); and

   (C)   Allowed by the town legislative body (Town Council).
