§ 33.051  ISSUANCE OF WARRANTS.
   The town legislative body (Town Council) of the town may order the issuance of warrants for payment of money by the town only at a meeting of the Town Council (legislative body). A town officer or employee who violates this section forfeits his or her office and/or employment.
