§ 33.001  ACCIDENT REPORT FEES.
   (A)   The town’s Police Department shall charge a fee of $5 for each accident report that is requested by and given to members of the public. Each person, corporation, agency or entity of any kind requesting such an accident report shall first pay to the town’s Police Department a sum of $5 for each report so requested.
   (B)   The fees collected under division (A) above shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund, as required by I.C. 5-2-8-2.
