(A) The initial term of the five members of the Board of Zoning Appeals are as follows: one for a term of one year; one for a term of two years; one for a term of three years; and two for a term of four years. Thereafter, each appointment is for a term of four years.
(B) The one citizen member appointed by the Plan Commission shall serve for a term of four years. Thereafter, each appointment shall also be for a term of four years.
