§ 32.50  MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   The two’s Board of Zoning Appeals shall be composed of five members who are appointed as follows.
   (A)   Three citizen members shall be appointed by the executive of the municipality, of whom one must be a member of the Plan Commission and two must not be members of the Plan Commission.
   (B)   One citizen member appointed by the fiscal body of the municipality, who must not be a member of the Plan Commission.
   (C)   One citizen member appointed by the advisory Plan Commission, who must be a member of the Plan Commission, who must be a member of the Plan Commission other than the member appointed under division (A) above, and the town’s Plan Commission’s appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals, as set forth hereinabove, shall represent the unincorporated area (the two-mile unincorporated area from the town’s boundaries). The citizen member must reside in the unincorporated area. He or she shall be appointed for a term of four years. He or she shall be entitled to participate and vote in all deliberations of the town’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
