§ 32.36  TERM OF OFFICE.
   (A)   The initial term of the four citizen members of the Plan Commission appointed by the executive are as follows: one for a term of one year; one for a term of two years; one for a term of three years; and one for a term of four years. Thereafter, each appointment is for a term of four years.
   (B)   The three persons appointed from the membership of the legislative body (Town Council) shall serve a term that is coextensive with the member’s term of office on the Town Council unless the Town Council, at its first regular meeting in any year, appoints another person in the government to serve as its representative on the Plan Commission.
   (C)   The initial term of the two citizen members appointed by the executive of the county to serve on the Plan Commission from the unincorporated area shall be as follows: one member shall be appointed for a term of one year; and the other member shall be appointed for a term of four years. Thereafter, each appointment is for a term of four years.
