§ 32.22  MEMBERS.
   Members of the LPT shall include one or more members of the Town Council, one or more members of the town’s Plan Commission, and one or more “affected persons”, as defined under the state’s wellhead protection rule, and the Town Council’s designee shall serve as Chairperson of the LPT.
