§ 31.20  DEPUTIES AND EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer may appoint the number of deputies and employees authorized by the town legislative body (Town Council).
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer’s deputies and employees serve at his or her pleasure and may be dismissed at any time by him or her without cause.
