(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 153.01 through 153.08 of this chapter and/or of the “Master Plan Ordinance of Arcadia, Indiana, 1977”, as amended from time to time, shall be subject to all of the remedies, penalties, fines and enforcement procedures set forth in the “Master Plan Ordinance of Arcadia, Indiana, 1977”, as amended from time to time, and said remedies, enforcement procedures and penalties are fully incorporated in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
