(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to any of the above remedies, the violation of any terms of §§ 152.01 through 152.17 of this chapter shall be deemed a Class B infraction, and a Court of competent jurisdiction, in addition to any other remedies contained herein, may impose a fine upon any person or landowner who violates §§ 152.01 through 152.17 of this chapter in the amount of $1,000 for each violation. Each day of a violation may be considered a separate violation.
(C) In addition to any of the above remedies, the violation of any terms of §§ 152.30 through 152.41 of this chapter shall be deemed a Class B infraction, and a Court of competent jurisdiction, in addition to any other remedies contained herein, may impose a fine upon any person or landowner who violates §§ 152.30 through 152.41 of this chapter in the amount of $1,000 for each violation. Each day of a violation may be considered a separate violation.
