§ 152.34  STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.
   The storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) including erosion and sediment control measures shall meet the requirements contained in Rule 5, the town’s Drainage Standards Manual and the state’s Storm Water Quality Manual.
