§ 31.01  EMPLOYEES.
   The legislative body (Town Council) may appoint a Street Commissioner, Water Commissioner, Sewer Commissioner, Building Inspector and other employees who shall perform the duties assigned to them by the legislative body. One or more of the aforementioned offices and/or functions may be held by the same employee.
