The provisions of this subchapter apply to the construction, alterations, repair, use, occupancy, maintenance and additions to all buildings and structures, other than “industrialized building systems”, as defined in the state statutes, and “mobile structures”, as defined in I.C. 22-12-1-17, which are certified pursuant to I.C. 22-15-4, in the jurisdictional area of the town’s Plan Commission.
