§ 30.21  READING ORDINANCES PRIOR TO PASSAGE.
   (A)   Except as otherwise required under the statutes of the state, the introduction and passage of all ordinances by the Town Council may be by title only, and the Council may dispense with reading any part of or the entire ordinance at a public meeting prior to the passage of the same. All ordinances introduced and/or passed by title only shall be made available by the Clerk-Treasurer, upon request, to any member of the public who desires to review the ordinance either prior to, during or after its introduction and/or passage.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer may impose a reasonable charge to members of the public to cover the costs of reproducing (copying and/or Xerox costs) the ordinance requested.
