§ 30.20  ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The order of business at a regularly held meeting of the Town Council shall be as follows:
   (A)   Call the meeting to order;
   (B)   Reading and approval of the minutes of the prior meeting of the Council;
   (C)   Committee and/or departmental reports;
   (D)   Old and unfinished business;
   (E)   New business;
   (F)   Questions and/or discussion from the floor; and
   (G)   Adjournment.
