§ 30.09  RECORD OF ORDINANCE.
   (A)   Within a reasonable time after an ordinance of the Town Council is adopted, the Clerk- Treasurer shall record the ordinance in a book and/or code kept for that purpose.
   (B)   The record must include: the signature of the executive; the attestation of the Clerk-Treasurer; and the date of each recorded item.
