(A) No person, firm, corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged in the business of hauling, carrying and/or collecting trash, debris, garbage, refuse or rubbish over or along any of the streets or alleys of the town shall either temporarily or permanently, dispose of the same within the municipal boundaries of the town, except in a licensed landfill and/or dump, and a collector shall not cause said trash, debris, garbage, refuse or rubbish to be burned within the corporate boundaries of the town.
(B) A collector shall not permit trash, debris, garbage, refuse or rubbish to remain on or stored in a parked vehicle for a period in excess of 18 hours.
