(A) Every person, firm, corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged in the business of hauling, carrying and/or collecting trash, debris, garbage or rubbish over or along any of the streets or alleys of the town shall conduct said business within the town’s corporate boundaries between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. of the same day.
(B) Said business shall not be conducted after 5:30 p.m. or before 7:00 a.m.
