Upon request, any person distributing handbills shall provide the following information and evidence of identification to the Marshal or to any officer, employer or agent of the town: drivers license; name and address; date of birth; Social Security number; name and address of person, firm or corporation which is causing and/or paying for the distribution of the handbills; and any other information requested.
