§ 112.22  CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIRED; TERMS.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall conduct a public display of fireworks within the town without first obtaining a certificate of insurance as set forth in division (B) below and filing the certificate with the town’s Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   The certificate of insurance shall be issued by a responsible insurance company licensed to do an insurance business in the state and shall be conditioned for the payment of all damages which may be caused either to a person or persons in an amount of $100,000 and to property in an amount of $100,000, by reason of the licensed display, and arising from any acts of the licensee, his or her agents, employees or subcontractors.
