§ 112.05  INSURANCE; TERMS OF CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall conduct, hold, present or sponsor any exhibition, theatrical performance, show, circus, fair, convention, sporting event, menagerie, carnival or sideshow without first obtaining a certificate of insurance as set forth in division (B) below and filing the same with the town’s Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   The certificate of insurance shall be issued by a responsible insurance company licensed to do an insurance business in the state, and shall be conditioned for the payment of all damages which may be caused either to a person or persons and to property, in an amount approved by the Town Council and its President, by reason of the licensed display, and arising from any acts of the licensee, his or her agents, employees or independent contractors thereof.
