(A) The district member for District 1 shall be elected for a term of four years in the 2019 municipal election and said member for District 1 or their successors shall be elected to four-year terms thereafter.
(B) The district members for Districts 2 and 3 elected in the municipal election held in 2019 shall serve an initial term of three years. Thereafter, district members for Districts 2 and 3, or their successors, shall be elected to four-year terms in the general election. This shall commence in the general election of 2022.
(C) Each term of office shall begin at noon on January 1 following the election and/or the appointment, whichever is applicable, and shall continue until a successor is elected and qualified.
