§ 111.31  ENDORSEMENT DISCLAIMER.
   (A)   Issuance of a license does not constitute endorsement or approval by the town.
   (B)   It is a violation of this subchapter for any person, business or organization to claim, or imply, directly or indirectly, any such endorsement or approval by reason of having obtained a license from the town.
