§ 111.29  IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
   (A)   All persons to whom solicitation or peddler licenses have been issued shall furnish an identification card to each of their agents and solicitors, which card is required to be in the possession of the agents and solicitors when soliciting. Such identification cards shall include the name of the person, business or organization, its solicitation license number, date of expiration of the license, the name and signature of the agent or solicitor and the signature of an appropriate official of the organization or business.
   (B)   It is a violation of this subchapter for any person soliciting for any purpose to fail to have in his or her possession the identification card required in this section, or alternatively the license issued under this subchapter, or to refuse to display such card or license upon the request of any town official or person solicited.
