§ 110.36  LIMITATIONS.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the town reserves the right to place a limit on the number of amusement devices which may be placed pursuant to an owner’s or exhibitor’s license application if the number of amusement devices within the town becomes unmanageable, unreasonable or detrimental to the public welfare.
