§ 110.32  LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   Licenses issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the President of the Town Council pursuant to the notice and hearing procedures set forth in I.C. 36-4-5-5 if there is a finding that the person or party complained of has:
   (A)   Willfully violated a term or condition of his or her licenses or the terms and provisions of this chapter;
   (B)   The exhibitor or his or her employee permitted any act or conduct prohibited and/or regulated by § 110.31 of this chapter;
   (C)   Willfully done or permitted an act in violation of a statute of the state or an ordinance or a section of the code of the town relating to the business, profession or occupation licensed;
   (D)   Made misrepresentation or failed to make correct and fully disclosures and statements on the application for a license or in responding to any question posed to him or her by an officer of the town; and
   (E)   Conducted the licensed business, profession or occupation in such a manner as to constitute a threat to the public health, safety and general welfare.
