The Marshal and his or her Deputies or Police Reserves shall be authorized to make periodic inspections of the premises and of the amusement machines or devices for the purpose of ascertaining whether the applicant is abiding by each and every term of the licenses of this chapter as well as other ordinances or chapters of the code of the town and the laws of the state. The applicant as well as his or her employees and agents shall cooperate with the Marshal and shall provide him or her access to the premises and the machines or devices.
