Any person, firm, corporation or other entity currently operating a business covered by this chapter on the date of the passage of this chapter shall, within 60 days from the date of passage, comply with each and every term, provision and condition, including the licensing provision contained herein, and the Clerk-Treasurer shall send a copy of this chapter along with an application for a license by first class mail to those persons, firms, corporations or other entities which are currently engaged in the business activity or operation covered by this chapter. Any person, firm or corporation currently operating an amusement location and who do not comply with each and every term of this chapter within 60 days from the date of its passage shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 110.99 of this chapter.
