§ 110.01 AUTHORITY.

This chapter is made by the Town Council pursuant to the authority granted it by I.C. 36-1-2-15, 36-1-4-11, 36-1-6-2, 36-1-6-4, 36-4-5-5, 36-5-2-9, 36-5-4-11, 36-8-2-4, 36-8-2-8, 36-8-2-9, 36-8-2-10 and 36-8-2-11.
