§ 93.06  FIRE INSPECTIONS.
   The Chief of the town’s Volunteer Department or any member of the Volunteer Fire Department designated by him or her as an inspector may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises, except the interior of occupied private dwellings, to inspect any such premises, building or structure with regard to the presence, arrangement or deposit of inflammable or combustible materials or matter which may constitute a fire hazard or create danger in case of fire, and further to inspect the condition of all heat-producing or electrical units or equipment in such premises.
