Any and all stopping, standing and parking restrictions, rules and regulations currently in force in the town and which are duly posted by signs or duly marked shall remain in full force and effect from and after the passage of this chapter, and said stopping, standing and parking restriction, rules and regulations currently in force in the town on those streets, roadways, alleys and public ways which are duly posted by signs or other marking are fully incorporated into this chapter.
