§ 73.09  PARKING DURING PARADES AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   During any public parade, assembly or demonstration upon the streets, or during an emergency, officers of the Marshal’s office may prohibit parking upon any street to expedite traffic or to safeguard pedestrians.
   (B)   Any owner, driver or operator of any vehicle, when called upon by a police officer at any such time to remove the same, shall do so immediately.
   (C)   If such owner driver or operator cannot be found, any police officer may himself or herself remove such vehicle.
