§ 73.05  REPAIRING AND THE LIKE OF VEHICLE ON STREET PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any such street or highway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying such vehicle for sale; and
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
