(A) Upon those streets which have been signed or marked by the Traffic Engineer for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or makings. The vehicle must enter the parking space with a forward movement.
(B) Wherever angle parking is permitted, no person shall park or stand a vehicle with a total length in excess of 20 feet.
