In addition to the provisions set forth in I.C. 9-21-16-1 regulating stopping, standing and parking of vehicles on streets, highways, alleys and other public ways, this chapter shall apply to the stopping, standing and parking of vehicles on streets, highway, alleys and other public ways located within the town as indicated herein.
