§ 72.20  SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.
   The Traffic Engineer shall post signs along the following named street(s) located in the town which declares the same to be a snow emergency route, and said snow emergency route shall be effective at the time specified herein and when signs are erected giving notice thereof.
